MARION - Charla Kay Morrow, 56, of Marion, died at 12:32 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, 2024, in Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.She was a dedicated nurse for over 35 years of her life to being an RN.She is survived by her wife of 16 plus years, BJ Coakley of Marion; daughter, Kaybree Elizabeth Morrow of Chicago; one granddaughter; father, Rev. Charles W. Boling of Marion; sisters, Anne Bishop of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and Deb Herbst of Pinckneyville; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, other extended family members and friends.She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty H. Boling, and a nephew, Zack Bishop.Arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home, Marion.The visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug.13, at Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home. Following the time of visitation, the funeral service will be at 6 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Debra Joy Hart presiding.The graveside committal service will be at 11 a.m.
