Cecil Ray Davis, age 88, of Marion, Illinois, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2024 at Integrity Healthcare in Marion, Illinois.Cecil was born August 16, 1936 in Stonefort, Illinois, a son of George and Bertha (Davis) Davis. He married the love of his life, Jo Ann (Brooks) Davis on February 24, 1959 in Marion. Cecil opened Fast Print in 1981 and ran the business along with Jo Ann until they sold it in 1999. Prior to that he a drywaller.. He loved working on his farm, baling hay and raising horses. His favorite horse was Lucky. Enjoyed traveling all over with his daughter when she was competing in horse shows. He is survived by his spouse Jo Ann (Brooks) Davis of Marion, IL; four children, Vicky (Dale) Atwood of Marion, IL, Lisa (Darrel) Davis of Marion, IL, Tony (Becky) Davis of NC, and Terri (Brent) Simpson of MI; eight grandchildren, Jody (Tammy) Wright, William "Bill" (Jessica) Atwood, Jennifer (Nathan) White, Christopher (Lexi ) Ramsey, Trevor Simpson, Grace Simpson, Trent Simp
