Rhonda Lisa Briscoe, 59, of Johnston City, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, at 4:20 p.m., Monday, March 3, 2025, at Deaconess Regional Hospital in Marion.
Rhonda was born on December 7, 1965, in Herrin to Charles and Marsha (Taylor) Owens. She married the love of her life, Eric Briscoe on July 19, 1986, at the Corinth Christian Fellowship Church. They shared 38 years of marriage together.
Rhonda was a 1983 graduate of Marion High School. She spent her life as a devoted wife and mother to her husband and her son, Ben. Rhonda loved the Lord and had a heart for children and serving others. Rhonda served for many years as the Children's Ministries Pastor at All Nations Church in Whiteash. She later went on to teach at Purpose House Church in Herrin and later went on to serve as Pastor of Children's Ministries at Abundant Life Assembly of God in Marion.
