Rebecca Lee Murphy, aged 69, of Carrier Mills, Illinois, passed away at 4:43 PM on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at her residence. In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated, and memorial services will be held privately.Born on October 23, 1955, in Harrisburg, Illinois, Rebecca was the daughter of the late Dixie L. Brothers and Louis A. Murphy. She dedicated her life to beekeeping, a pursuit that reflected her profound passion for bees, and her love for her family was evident to all who knew her.Rebecca held her family in the highest regard, relishing every moment spent with her children and grandchildren.
